Funded by Arts Council England, Chester City Council and other networks, Theatre In The Quarter is a new and exciting theatre company for Chester. Set in the Garden Quarter of Chester, close by the University of Chester, this company is the creator of new innovative and exciting musical theatre, both community and professional.

Led by a professional team of writers, composers, directors, designers and choreographers, Theatre In The Quarter's main focus is to create projects whose inspiration is drawn from the lives of real people living in the area. Performances range from large-scale community plays, studio based professional pieces, young people's theatre and street performances.
